Now I will walk you step by step through the setup process of your Hosting Account in MMT.

In this quick start guide we’re going to give you an informative primer on the basics of search engine optimization techniques — many of which your competitors use everyday to optimize their websites to stay ahead of the competitors

4 Steps to Better SEO Rankings
By following these 4 steps you will be well on your way to better ranking on Google.

Step 1. Choosing The Right Keywords

Choosing the right keywords to base your site optimization around is an important first step. General or generic keywords are usually not the best approach, and sometimes it’s better to be a little more specific and focus on niche keywords relating to your product or service.

1. Targeting a more suitable market that is looking for your content

2. Competing with fewer websites targeting the same keywords

3. Optimizing for keywords that people actually use when performing searches

Targeting a suitable market will depend on your website, as well as the products and services you offer. Try to be specific with your keywords, and remember that people no longer use single keyword search phrases – the average search phrase contains 3-5 related words.

For example, if you’re optimizing for a web development site and you’re located in Sydney, Australia, use keywords such as “web development Sydney” or “web development services Australia”.

To find out how many websites are competing with your keywords — either intentionally or not — simply do a search on Google and note down how many results are returned. The more sites that are competing for your keywords, the harder it will be to get on the front page.

Alternatively, to get a rough indication of how many people are actually searching for the keywords you want to optimize your site for, Visit our SEO page and you will find several links under Keyword Tools that will give you some general information on keywords used. For some of us, keywords in the domain name look too unprofessional, and we’ve already registered our domain, so it’s too late to change. An alternative — and also a useful tactic — is to add your keywords into the names of your pages, such as http://www.companyname.com/seo-development-services.html

Your title tag is equally as important as your domain name. Using keywords in your title tag can improve your Google ranking significantly. Trying to achieve a balance of professionalism with keyword density in the title tag however is sometimes a little more difficult.

Using a good example of a web development company, a good title tag would be:

Usually, the closer to the front of your title tag the keywords are placed, the better.

Step 3. H1 Tags and Keyword Density

tags seem to have been depreciated by style sheets these days, and are not used as often as they used to be.

The Google ranking algorithm dictates that if you’re using a

tag, then the text in between this tag must be more important than the content on the rest of the page. Here’s a quick example:

Sprinkling keywords throughout your page content can also improve your sites keyword density. Keyword density simply means the ratio of optimized keywords to the rest of the content on your page. It is usually expressed as a percentage, and should be between 7% and 10% for each page on your site.

Don’t overdo the keyword density, however, but don’t overlook it either. A good example would be:

Step 4. Links, Links and More Links

And this leads us to the toughest part of the Google SEO process — back-links. Back links are websites that link directly to your website. The general principal is the more back links you have, the higher your pages will be ranked, as your website must be good if so many other sites are linking back to it.

If you run a web development company, then adding a simple link to the bottom of each of your client’s websites, such as:

… (With your clients’ permission of course) can help boost your back links, which will help boost your ranking position in searches.

Submitting your site to dmoz.org, Yahoo! and other directories is also an important step to increase the number of sites linking back to yours. Do remember however, that setting up back links takes time.
I would recommend emailing 5-10 websites each and every day to request back-links or partnership links (keeping in mind that the sites contacted should be relevant but not competitive) e.g. – If you sell chocolate, partnering with a company that sells Roses may just be a good idea. Within a couple of weeks, you should have a good 100 or so sites happily linking back to yours!

After logging into Mega Marketing Tools a beginner can be up and running their World Class Free AutoResponder and Professionally designed capture pages on the internet within 10 minutes.

Now, I am going to show you step by step how to set up your Free Auto Responder.

• Log into your account at Megamarketingtools.com.

• Click on the Pro or Free Auto Responder in your back office. If you’re an upgraded member you will chose the pro version…Free Members please chose the Free AutoResponder. This will take you to a page were you will be able to view some of the amazing features of megalistbuilderpro.

• Click on the signup link at the bottom. This will take you to the signup form where you will be able to input your information for your Free Autoresponder. Please be aware that your username is already chosen for you for your Free Autoresponder and is the same as your username within the MMT system. After filling the form out Click Submit.

• You will then have to verify your email address that you used to signup with.

• After this verification process is done, you will be able to log into your AR back office to open your first campaign on your Free Autoresponder

• After Logging in, you will be asked to create your campaign. Please enter the address you would like to use. Example: yourname@megalistbuilderpro.com.

• Next, enter the name this Free Autoresponder will be associated with. This name will go out with all emails and newsletters sent from this auto responder. We highly recommend using your real name as this will help brand your name to the members who sign up on your list.

• Add the email address you would like associated with this account… This email will have to be verified before the AR becomes active. Click submit and check your email for the confirmation email that is being sent to you.

• After confirming your email, you will be sent back to the log in page. At this point you can log into your Free Autoresponder and start building your campaign.

• Click on Account, in top menu and fill in your contact details filling in all boxes except fax.

• Next, click on Configuration and scroll down to ‘Custom URL Tags”. Here, you will be able to add your websites and any other information you want your potential prospect to know about. If you plan on using the premade messages for Mega Marketing Tools, you should add your referral id in the [MYURL1] box.

• You can save up to 50 URL’s to use as personalization tags in your messages, to set up and use the tags, enter the full URL’s for each, in the space provided.

• You can use these tags for anything you need to save, not just URL’s. Leave the fields blank if you do not want to use any additional tags.

• Next, Click on Messages, This is where you will Add, Edit, Delete or Load messages into your auto responder. If you want to write a simple message that will be sent when someone signs up on your list simply, click on the View, Add, Edit message tab and create your own message.

• If you would like to load prewritten messages into your Free Autoresponder, click on the messages button then, click on “Copy Messages from another auto responder”. You can copy the message, demographics questions and custom questions set from another Pro or Free Autoresponder.

• Please select the pro or Free Autoresponder you wish to copy the messages, demographics questions and custom questions from.

• You will need the password to be able to copy the set up, get the password from the auto responder owner or system admin.

• If you wish to use the prewritten auto responder messages created for you for megamarketingtools.com, click on the drop down menu and chose, megamarketingtools@megalistbuilderpro.com.

• Then enter the password: 123456 into the password box provided. Then select copy… Please remember, any messages you have entered into your Free Autoresponder prior to this will be over written when you select the copy button.

• Next, click on the Messages link, then click on View/Add/Edit messages and check each one for formatting issues…If you have followed the instructions above, your almost done setting up your Free Autoresponder

• Click on capture pages, at this point you will be able to view all capture pages included with your Free Autoresponder currently in the system. Remember, you can use any capture page you like or, you can use all of them at the same time. There is no limitation to how many you can use at the same time with your Free Autoresponder.

• Click on one of the thumb nail images inside your Free Autoresponder back office. The thumbnail you click will open in a new window. Once the new window opens, copy the URL in the URL bar and past it in your advertisements and/or website/s, be sure the entire URL including (HTTP) and (aid=your AR number) is copied.

Getting Started.
This guide is intended to help you maximize your time on Megamarketingtools.com. Our Intention with MMT is provide you with the tools you need to advance your online career.

This guide will help you get started in the right direction with MMT and show you what you need to be doing first and how to do it to make the most of your time online.
Members Home Page

When you first visit your members back office User Control Panel you will see a wealth of information. But first let’s concentrate on the three boxes at the center of the page.

Important: If you try and click on any of the products or services you do not have access to, you will be taken directly back to the home page. All P2x3 products are for Free Members including the P2x3 auto responder.

Account Details. This is where your general information will be including, the date your account was created and date expired. Also included is your signup information including, Account Status and other general information. You will also see a upgrade button in this box.

The First thing you want to do is click this button as you will be sent to another page were you can upgrade your account to receive all the membership benefits of Mega Marketing ools. The initial cost of membership is $7.99+ 0.32 processing fee. This is a weekly recurring fee that will allow you access to all our powerful services and products. After pressing the Alertpay button you will be sent to Alertpay were you will be able to upgrade your account. After paying, you will be sent back to MMT.

When you come back to your Members home page you will see your account has been activated by looking at the Account Status section of your home page. You will also see the Start Date and End date of your subscription.
In the second box you will be able to view your sponsor details as well as a contact email address.

The Third box is very important as it includes your referral ID. This is the link you will use to promote your position in the company to your prospects. This box also includes a statistic that shows you your total direct referrals per visitors. This is vital as it allows you to see if your promotional efforts are paying off for you…

Side Menu Links

Edit Account

Step 1. Visit the Edit Account Menu located in the members back office. Here you will find the basic but very important features that you will use in MMT.

• First this is the place to edit your contact information Personal identifiable info for MMT. Please be sure to add your phone number. This info will not be seen by the general public and may be very useful to the owners if ever we have a question about your account…

• Alert Pay account. Please enter your Alert Pay email address here. This is where we will pay you all your referral commissions. Without this information you WILL NOT BE PAID.

• User Image: Upload a picture of yourself here.

• Website Information: You can enter your website info here..

• Manual Down line Placement: Here you have the option to give the new members you sponsor to your down line. Please select the username of the Down line member you would like to help and add their name in the box and when you sponsor someone into the business, this new person will fall under the down lines name you chose.

• Refund Your Referral commissions to your new down line. If you want to give back to a new member when they upgrade their account you can add a % of your referral commissions in this box and the new upgraded member that signs up will automatically be sent the % of money you entered in the box. This could be a very lucrative addition to help you acquire new members in MMT.

• Receive Emails from site administrator: We highly suggest leaving this to on as if there is an issue with your account we need to have a way to stay in touch with you…

• Default Language is set to English.

• Change your Password: Here is where you will change your password in the system. Leave Blank to keep the same password.

Referrals Link
This is where you will be able to see a list of your referrals. At MMT we have taken this process one step further. Here you will see who actually is working the business, as the details of each individual and their efforts are shown in the tables on this page.

• Username: This is the username your downline member signed up with. You can also click the username and see in depth information on the selected user.

• Full Name: This is the actual name of the individual in your downline.

• Hits: This is the amount of hits this user has received to their referral link.

• Referrals: There are two columns here. The 1st column is total Free Signups. The 2nd Column is amount of upgraded signups. So for example, if you see 2 / 1 in a member’s column, then that would mean, they have signed up 2 members total and one had upgraded.

• Level: This is where this user is placed in your downline. For Instance if that number says 5, then that user would be on your 5th level.
Genealogy Report

• The Genealogy report give you a visual image of were all your downline members are. You can see what level they fall on in relation to other members. This is a very valuable tool when working with your members and helping them maximize their efforts in your business.

History (Transaction History)
This page will give you a detailed overview of your earnings.

• ID: Every Transaction in MMT has a id number associated with it. When referring a problem to support please include the transaction ID number for faster service.

• Memo: This information includes what level this payment was processed on. For example you might receive a memo stating,( Level 3 Referral Commission). This would let you know that this referral commission Transaction was received from a level three downline member.

• Batch ID: After you have received payout, a batch id will be displayed here. Before your payout is processed you will see a question mark symbol (?).

• Time Stamp: This will let you know the exact time these funds were paid to you. Example, after being paid you will see something like this ( 2010-05-07 01:59:15).

• Amount: This is the amount your account was credited or debited.

• Status: This is the status of your payout. Waiting or Paid. The Minimum to earn before being paid out is $10.00 USD
Banner Ads.

• Use our banners to dramatically increase your click-through rates.
