Is PropertyWikia a scam? I am going to let you make that decision yourself.
Today I was introduced to a company that seriously made my head spin.
I want to start this off by first letting you know, my dad was a Real estate
broker for over 30 years so with that said I have been around the real estate
business for quite some time.
We all know that the economy has changed the way people do business
And PropertyWikia is just another example of that change and I believe
or I guess (Hope) that this company takes the Realestate Business to
a whole new level…
I will say this…
After watching the PropertyWikia video , my head was spinning at all the money to be made
with this company. a friend of mine which has been in PropertyWikia for 16 days
as of this writing has made $1,944.00 to date.
There are a couple of points here I would like to make about PropertyWikia…
Some of the info I am posting below about PropertyWikia is from my personal
mentor within the company. Yes, they give you a personal Mentor when you
signup at PropertyWikia.
From the information I received,
1. PropertyWikia sells well over 1000 properties a month. Much of their property
does not even reach our website’s content as it is bought by
investors and registered buyers before it is published to the

—- > Sellers set their own price. When a listing is made at PropertyWikia
an auto request to an agent in the property’s local area is sent to appraise
the listed price.
The agent visits PropertyWikia’s website to check the listing and if it is over-priced in
order not to sell; we automatically request the owner to contact the agent for
advice, valuation and to adjust the price accordingly. We also check property
prices against local previously sold property prices register.
